The Wogg
The name Wogg comes from a nickname I carried as a kid — Pollywog. It stuck with me, and so did the idea behind it. When it came time to name this business, I kept coming back to the metamorphosis of the frog: a creature that starts small, adapts to its environment, and emerges into something altogether different and more capable than where it began. That's exactly what I believe is possible for every business I work with.
I'm Paul Sullivan, and I've spent nearly 30 years in sales and marketing — leading teams, advising businesses, and rolling up my sleeves in direct consulting roles across a wide range of industries. Through all of it, one thing has never changed: the most important thing I can do when I sit down with a client is listen. Not just to their goals, but to their constraints, their fears, their timeline, and the reality of where they actually are right now.
Wogg was built for small businesses and startups — the ones with big ambitions and real-world limits. I know that every dollar matters and that the wrong strategy at the wrong time can set you back. My job is to help you find the right path, build a plan you believe in, and see it through. Because growth isn't just possible — with the right partner, it's inevitable.
